Cristina completed her BSc in Physiotherapy in 1997 and, because of her excellent results as a student, she remained as a Lecturer-Practitioner with the University, in parallel working in her private practice. We have to mention that Cristina has a background in nursing, having being trained as a nurse as well. In 2005 Cristina finished her PhD in Psychology, Magna Cum-Laude, and the theme of her Doctoral thesis was ‘Possibilities and limits in the recovery of Children with psychoneuromotor handicap’. Cristina has extensive experience in both NHS and private sectors and is rated as one of the best specialists.
Viktoria graduated in Greece, and from then on she has been practicing as a chartered physiotherapist in private clinics in Greece and London.
She has a keen interest in all musculoskeletal and sport injuries, with preference for neurological cases. In her treatment she uses a variety of techniques, from joint manipulation and mobilisation, to soft tissue massage and pressure points.
She adopts a holistic approach and combines manual therapy with an individualised exercise plan, specifically designed to prevent re-occurrence of injury.
Viktoria is an avid learner and has a deep passion for excellence. She is constantly updating her skills and has attended many courses and seminars to ensure she delivers the very best service to her patients.
Filipa graduated from Egas Moniz University in Portugal and she is particularly interested in Musculoskeletal and Neurological injuries.
Passionate and motivated individual, she aims to provide a friendly, effective service to every patient, from the initial evaluation and identification of the causes of pain and injury, as well as throughout the treatment and rehabilitation process.
Away from work, Filipa is a keen athlete enjoying basketball, volleyball, mountain biking, snowboarding and canoeing, activities that keep her connected with the outdoors.
Aiden is a Massage and Reflexology therapist with a background in corporate management and finance. His time spent working in corporate service provision and office management has lend him a unique insight in the unhealthy stress such environments can cause and the consequences of not dealing with that stress appropriately.
Taking a holistic approach his treatments focuses on relaxation and helping the body and mind to regain a state of homeostasis.

Hannah achieved distinction in her diploma in Nutritional Therapy from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition.
She is a full member of BANT (British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy) and a registered practitioner with the CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council).
She has always been passionate about food and strongly believes that you shouldn’t have to compromise on taste to eat healthily.

She has four years experience, initially at a private clinic in Canada, then working with an amateur rugby team in Edinburgh, and most recently working in the NHS in parallel with private practise in England.
Hetvi has a special interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation. She provides patients with a detailed initial assessment to determine the cause of their problem, followed by treatments including hands-on manual therapy, education & advice, and a custom exercise program. She uses a client-centred approach to rehabilitation and believes that education and exercise components empower the patient to play an active role in their own rehabilitation.
Rumy is meticulous in her approach to every case she treats with particular interest in musculoskeletal disorders and neurological conditions. She is fascinated by aesthetics and capabilities of the human intellect and body across all aspects of science, culture, arts, sports, life.
